FINAL TOUCHES TO VIDEO
FINAL TOUCHES TO VIDEO
Adding the final toches to the video - mean't going over it for one last final time, I took the time to head outside in the sun, get my laptop out and focus on this, adding the final touches mean't basically a day of reviewing, fixing, reviewing & fixing again.
From this I went over the documentary creating a list of possible missed footage that I could get or I could look for collaborations in the sense that any words that could match to other creators, i would ask for their permission to use a few seconds of their content.
For example, I contacted a arts channel, in one part of the documentary the words using recycling materials to create art comes up and from this I contacted Tatiana who runs a 100,000 Subscriber art channel and if I could use a few seconds of her content to fill in that section, this is due to the fact that it would look much more professional and it also allows me to use further collaboration in the project, what is a big aim of the project as a whole.

This in a way could also open up the documentary further, to a audience.
Back to creating the list, the list was'nt only for re-filming but also for using old footage I have that would match up, within this I used scenes from my short film ''Letters Of Love'' and used shots from personal films of mine that fitted well into the documentary.
Doing this allowed to cover up some of the interview cuts but also allow the documentary to be more visually interesting.
To this I also came to the point where I would find sections to cut out & I think this always happen when you keep going over it, so a few seconds here and there kept getting removed - making the documentary shorter.
After I had matched all the footage, added pictures I could, I viewed and fixed any errors, some spelling errors I found and then rendered out what would be my final college submission
